Thank you.
For the first time in my 61 years I have been discrinated against because I am a practicing catholic. Why this is occuring, I have no clue.
It gives me joy to see my faith defended with that which it true.
May God grant you peace.
Here’s the 10-second version: Jesus was both God and man, and Jesus derived His human nature from his mother, Mary. If Mary were sinful, then Jesus would have been partly sinful from His mother’s human nature. We know this is not possible, because He was God the Son. Therefore, Mary must have been free from sin from the moment of her conception in order for Jesus to assume her nature.
A very considered comment. I must say I tend to agree with you. Nicholas.
IS IT THAT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THAT HE THAT CREATED HEAVEN AND EARTH WILL FIND IT DIFFICULT TO CREAT A WOMAN WITHOUT ORIGINAL SIN?EVEN THE MOSLEMS BELIEVE THAT SHE WAS A VIRGIN BIRTH.SO IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR ANY CRISTIAN DENOMINATION TO BELIEVE IN THE IMACULATE CONCEPTION?I’M HONERED TO BE A CATHOLIC.
THANKS BE TO GOD.

Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin is death, and 1 Cor. 15:56 says that “The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.” If Mary was sinless, why did she die?
