Prayer Petitions For January 1, 2018

Lord thank you for this year that has just ended, thank you for all you’ve given me. Lord, forgive me for my sins, forgive me for being so away from You during this year, I have so much fears for the future, my parents are divorced, I struggle heavily with same sex attraction, I don’t feel very safe in my job and I fear losing my faith, Lord I don’t know what to do, here inside my heart, it’s hard to be strong. Mother Mary, my sweet mother, you know my falls too, please help me with your motherly care to be strong, to take my cross and follow your Son. Please pray for my family, for it is wounded, pray for my friends who have left the faith, for all their spiritual and material needs. Lord I pray, Amen.

Lord, we thank you for this New Year. Continue to bless our 30 year marriage. It has been stressful living in a hotel waiting for basic utilities to be connected to our new home. There have been so many delays that it is putting us under a lot of stress. We pray that our home may finally be ready for us to move in mid-month this month. We pray to the Lord and our dear Mother Mary.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the past year and for another day in my life. Please pray for the souls of my Mother Carmen, Father Victorino, Brother Nelson and other relatives who had passed away already. Please always open the doors of heaven for them. Be my guide at all times and protect our whole family from any harms and danger. Please hear the prayer requests of this online community. In Jesus name, Amen.

Prayers for The Scott family that just loss there whole house to fire last night.They all got out safe(have 4 children)!!!! With your grace dear God help them with all there struggles ,going through lots of emotions now…Bless them all!!!

Lord, I pray for my husband’s conversion, the souls of my step son’s and the return to the church by oldest son. Bring me courage and humility this year and help me to balance my life and know that you always have the plan.

Heavenly Father I thank you for answered prayers and for my grandson. I pray that through your mercy I am healed. St Jude, St Peregrine and Padre Pio please come to my aid and secure for me a healthy and cancer free mri and tests on 1/25. All things are possible through Christ Jesus! Amen

Praise God who has never abandoned me (or anyone else) even when I preferred to put many things before Him. I have set out to, for the first time in my adult life, live as a faithful Catholic celebrating Mass on all Sundays and Holy Days and reading the daily readings of Mass at home every morning throughout this entire liturgical year, and receiving the sacrament of reconciliation on a regular basis. Pray that I may be faithful to this goal, my Church, and God this entire year and have my many questions and confusions answered along the way.

Lord Jesus, Thank you for everything you have given me. I pray for health, I pray for peace, I pray for strength to carry your message of Love forward in 2018 to a world that is so desperately in need of it. Please remember Your humble servants who are still here
