1 Corinthians 15:1-11
(1) Now I declare to you, brothers, the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand, (2) by which also you are saved, if you hold firmly the word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. (3) For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, (4) that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, (5) and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. (6) Then he appeared to over five hundred brothers at once, most of whom remain until now, but some have also fallen asleep. (7) Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, (8) and last of all, as to the child born at the wrong time, he appeared to me also. (9) For I am the least of the apostles, who is not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the assembly of God. (10) But by the grace of God I am what I am. His grace which was given to me was not futile, but I worked more than all of them; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. (11) Whether then it is I or they, so we preach, and so you believed.

Psalms 118:1-2,16-17,28
(1) Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever. (2) Let Israel now say that his loving kindness endures forever. (16) The right hand of Yahweh is exalted! The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly!” (17) I will not die, but live, and declare Yah’s works. (28) You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God, I will exalt you.

Luke 7:36-50
(36) One of the Pharisees invited him to eat with him. He entered into the Pharisee’s house, and sat at the table. (37) Behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that he was reclining in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster jar of ointment. (38) Standing behind at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears, and she wiped them with the hair of her head, kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment. (39) Now when the Pharisee who had invited him saw it, he said to himself, “This man, if he were a prophet, would have perceived who and what kind of woman this is who touches him, that she is a sinner.” (40) Jesus answered him, “Simon, I have something to tell you.” He said, “Teacher, say on.” (41) “A certain lender had two debtors. The one owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. (42) When they couldn’t pay, he forgave them both. Which of them therefore will love him most?” (43) Simon answered, “He, I suppose, to whom he forgave the most.” He said to him, “You have judged correctly.” (44) Turning to the woman, he said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, and you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head. (45) You gave me no kiss, but she, since the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss my feet. (46) You didn’t anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment. (47) Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.” (48) He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” (49) Those who sat at the table with him began to say to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” (50) He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”
