The residence of the Ukrainian Ambassador to the Holy See was broken into by unknown individuals who vandalized the building with human excrement.
Ukrainian Ambassador to the Holy See Andriy Yurash said the “extremely brutal act of barbarism” was meant to intimidate Ukraine’s diplomats.

Yurash didn’t name Russia as responsible, but explained “it’s absolutely understandable who have ordered and inspired this vandalism.”
The vandalism came days after the Vatican’s website was the target of a cyber attack.
A vocal supporter of Ukraine since becoming ambassador earlier this year, Yurash denounced the cyber attacks as terrorism.
