I had a wrist tear last year that I’m slowly hoping is improving after spending countless months in ortho appointments but I keep worrying I’m going to re injure during its rehab and not be able to do the active activities I love again. I just ask for support, strength, and perhaps some good injury luck as the last 3 years injury wise have been rough and flukey. That’s all I ask.
