I thank you Lord for the many things i take for granted. I lift up I prayer all those having marriage challenges that God intervenes in the marriages remembering that it is God is the person who put marriage in place. The devil cannot win in the situation because God is in charge

Heart of Jesus, vessel of justice and love, have mercy on us.
Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
Saints Anne and Joachim, Elizabeth and John the Baptist, Augustine and Monica, Andrew and Peter, Moses and Aaron, pray for us.
For greater reflection on the OT, especially ‘Let My people go, that they may serve Me.’ Let the practices of physical and temporal and spiritual and social fasting take root in me. Let the intimacy of Christ whispering ‘You don’t know My Will because you will not listen.’ become an hourly aspiration prayer to fuel my pursuit of temperance and moderation. That my cumulative partial indulgences free many suffering souls from Purgatory. That worldwide mortifications strengthen Mother Church, since prayer is not enough to immobilze serpents. Amen.
