There was original records my chart was falsified by Karen Inzurriaga PMHNP after my roommate died on St Cope’s day and I was found to have severe injuries at a surgeon’s office and there was extreme suffering for no reason as a result of her actions and there was multiple falsified records after a desth was reported in an original record in a medical examiner’s record and there was a hyperviolent trauma narrative with injuries to the bony and soft tissues of the spine and posterior thorax and there was abnormalities found on a brain mri of cerebellar tonsilar herniation and there was seizures diagnosed in a hospital chart where there was seizure meds prescribed and there was trauma meds omitted from my chcs chart and trauma narratives omitted from my chcs chart and surgical records and pharmacy records omitted frok my chcs and at the same time karen inzurriaga falsified disparaging information my chart that was totally made up and she did it on purpose to cause prolonged suffering and she falsified my chart over a period of months between january and may of 2019 and later I was found to have multiple neurologists in hospital records and there was a record of a skin surgeon and a spine surgeon and a brain surgeon and a heart doctor and neurology meds and cardiology meds and injury meds and abnormal neurological findings at the UHS neurodiagnostic suite after I was beaten by giovanni gomez after I was in a ballerina’s class where I played the finale from the Charles Widor suite on the flute at a school with a nurse school where I have two degees and karen inzurriaga falsified the chart of a pandemic nurse ON PURPOSE.

Oh Lord please guide, protect, keep safe, healthy and happy; me, my family and dear friends in all our travels and endeavors today. I pray for the souls in purgatory especially for the souls of my Mom and Dad. Thank You Lord for the guidance received at the time of my heart attack; please heal my heart and body giving me strength. Please guide my daughter in her job and all her endeavors with a happy heart; please guide her doctor to find the cause and cure of her pain to keep her healthy. Comfort all my family and friends who are fighting and enduring heart disease, cancer, arthritis, dementia, illness, injury and surgery. Please eradicate all forms of the covid-19 disease from the world. Please keep Pope Francis healthy as he leads Your church. Please lead world leaders toward peace especially in Ukraine, Russia, Africa, and the Middle East. Lord please hold the people affected by storms, earthquakes, and fires close to Your heart.
