2 Corinthians 11:1-11
(1) I wish that you would bear with me in a little foolishness, but indeed you do bear with me. (2) For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy. For I married you to one husband, that I might present you as a pure virgin to Christ. (3) But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve in his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. (4) For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if you receive a different spirit, which you did not receive, or a different “good news”, which you did not accept, you put up with that well enough. (5) For I reckon that I am not at all behind the very best apostles. (6) But though I am unskilled in speech, yet I am not unskilled in knowledge. No, in every way we have been revealed to you in all things. (7) Or did I commit a sin in humbling myself that you might be exalted, because I preached to you God’s Good News free of charge? (8) I robbed other assemblies, taking wages from them that I might serve you. (9) When I was present with you and was in need, I wasn’t a burden on anyone, for the brothers, when they came from Macedonia, supplied the measure of my need. In everything I kept myself from being burdensome to you, and I will continue to do so. (10) As the truth of Christ is in me, no one will stop me from this boasting in the regions of Achaia. (11) Why? Because I don’t love you? God knows.

Psalms 111:1-4,7-8
(1) Praise Yah! I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation. (2) Yahweh’s works are great, pondered by all those who delight in them. (3) His work is honor and majesty. His righteousness endures forever. (4) He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. Yahweh is gracious and merciful. (7) The works of his hands are truth and justice. All his precepts are sure. (8) They are established forever and ever. They are done in truth and uprightness.

Matthew 6:7-15
(7) In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. (8) Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. (9) Pray like this: ‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. (10) Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. (11) Give us today our daily bread. (12) Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. (13) Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.’ (14) “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. (15) But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
