For increased; moral virtue to combat immoral vice, especially modesty/purity/chastity/celibacy, and humility for those who overestimate their own importance through vanity/ego/ignorance/gnosticism.
For the conversion of sinners by personal encounters with Christ Crucified, the salvation of souls, relief of Church Suffering. Protection for the unborn/elderly/disabled from those who deny their dignity, as noted in Eugenics and Other Evils by Chesterton. Amen.

Matthew 8:24-26
24 And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves; but he was asleep. 25 And they went and woke him, saying, “Save, Lord; we are perishing.” 26 And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O men of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
